Founded in 2011, Nova Build has grown from a small joinery outfit into a full-service contractor with in-house teams covering interior renovation, exterior building work and roofing. We work directly for homeowners, landlords, letting agents and small commercial operators across Newcastle, Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton and the wider Tyne & Wear area.
Every project — from a single-room refit to a full property renovation — is run by a named director from quote to handover, with our own tradespeople on site rather than a rotating chain of subcontractors.

Yes. Where a project needs planning permission or Building Control sign-off, we prepare and submit the application on your behalf as part of the design stage, and manage inspections through to completion.
Most of our projects combine at least two of the three. A single fixed-price contract and one site manager cover the whole scope, so you're not coordinating separate contractors or timelines.
Every quote is itemised and fixed before work starts. If anything changes on site, we agree the cost and timeline impact with you in writing before proceeding — never after.
